Compensation for Damage and Infringement
Compensation for damage and infringement is regulated by the Minerals Act (Minerallagen), but to ensure fair and transparent handling, we apply Svemin’s standardized compensation levels.
These guidelines have been developed in consultation with landowner organizations and ensure that compensation is predictable and equal for all. Compensation is paid for these activities, among other things:

|---|---|---|
| Core drilling | 2,000 kr | Per drill hole started from ground level. |
| KAX/BOT sampling | 300 kr | Per short sampling hole completed. |
| Transport (heavy vehicles) | 2 kr / meter | For the distance driven (round trip), regardless of visible damage. |
| Instruction & inspection | 450 kr / hour | For the time the landowner spends taking part in planning or field inspections. |
| Parking space | 500 kr / month | For temporary placement of, for example, a site hut or equipment. |
